Long-Term Care Service Challenges

BDRC understands that quality of life cannot be achieved by tending only to an individual’s clinical needs. At BDRC, our long-term care services focus on delivering high-quality care in an engaging and vibrant environment. We have outlined a few of the top challenges below:

Challenge #1:

Financial Limitations (Budget)
How do we provide quality care to residents while maintaining a healthy budget? (i.e., Overhead staffing ratio)

Challenge #2:

Survey Results
How do we improve quality measures with ease and consistency?

Challenge #3:

Client & Team Satisfaction
How do we improve client satisfaction among clients and staff?

All BDRC professionals have experience working with geriatric and psychiatric patients and meet the rigorous standards set by BDRC in terms of education, licensure, and professional liability coverage and history. The unique presentation of psychopathology when accompanied by dementia or medical complications requires that effective psychopharmacological treatment be provided by psychiatrists and nurse clinicians with training and/or experience in treating the elderly.
